About Me

I'm a Full Stack .NET Developer with 13+ years of experience, but don't let "full stack" fool you. I'm 80% backend, 20% frontend. My world lives in APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and now Generative AI.

Currently at UWM (United Wholesale Mortgage), I work on Chat UWM, an AI platform that includes an AI Marketplace and Agent Builder. Agents are plan-driven and run through LEGO, our internal modular microservices system. LEGO includes the Orchestrator, which implements Semantic Kernel and coordinates all the underlying services. Each agent can use a different LLM based on its use case, support RAG or direct chat, and is access-controlled within the marketplace.

Before that, I spent 7 years at BI Worldwide in the Loyalty & Rewards domain where I built financial transaction systems from scratch, designed microservices on AWS EKS, shipped a real-time ETL pipeline with RabbitMQ and Lambda, and cut CI/CD release cycles by 83%. I also mentored 8+ junior developers and drove architecture decisions across the engineering org.

Earlier career took me through Healthcare, Insurance, and IT Infrastructure at companies like Harman International, BT ESERV, and Virinchi & Asclepios, giving me a broad foundation in enterprise patterns, database optimization, and domain-driven thinking. I apply DDD, CQRS, and Clean Architecture so systems remain maintainable long after the first release.

Senior Software Developer

UWM, United Wholesale Mortgage

Generative AI · Mortgage

Jul 2025 – Present

  • Building Chat UWM, an AI platform featuring an AI Marketplace and Agent Builder where teams create, publish, and manage access-controlled AI agents
  • Agents are plan-driven: each plan defines a sequence of steps executed through LEGO, an internal modular microservices system that includes the Orchestrator powered by Semantic Kernel, which coordinates all underlying services
  • Supports multiple LLM models per agent. Model selection is driven by the plan and use case, not hardcoded
  • Building both RAG-enabled agents and direct LLM agents (chat with documents), and exploring MCP and tooling integration
  • Infrastructure on Kubernetes with Kafka for event streaming, GCP (Cloud Storage, BigQuery, BigTable), Azure (Cosmos DB, Blob), SQL, and Dynatrace for observability
  • Writing unit tests, integration tests, and mutation tests to ensure correctness and resilience of orchestration logic

Associate Specialist, Full Stack .NET Developer

What I Believe In

Principles that guide how I build software

Architecture first

Good software starts with good design. I invest time in understanding the problem before writing the first line of code.

Simplicity over cleverness

The best code is code that the next developer can understand immediately. I write for humans, not compilers.

Continuous learning

13+ years in and I still treat every project as a chance to learn something new, whether it's a pattern, a tool, or a domain.

Mentoring matters

I've always believed that growing your team is as important as growing the product. Sharing knowledge multiplies impact.

Test-driven confidence

TDD isn't just a methodology. It's a mindset that forces you to think clearly about requirements before implementation.

Business impact

Great engineering means nothing if it doesn't solve real problems. I keep business outcomes at the center of every decision.
